Our flowers and products are carefully designed to provide the highest level of satisfaction. Due to seasonal availability, variety, colour, and the handmade nature of our arrangements, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made when necessary.
Photos are for reference to show general colour and style, and each arrangement is uniquely designed by our florists.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product or encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will promptly take appropriate action.
Delivery Policy
Each arrangement comes with a care card to help your flowers stay fresh and beautiful. Some delicate items are available for delivery within Toronto and the GTA only.
Our dedicated delivery team and trusted couriers ensure every arrangement arrives safely and with care. If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a secure, weather-protected spot or with a neighbour. Customers assume responsibility for any special instructions requesting unattended delivery. During winter months, flowers cannot be left outdoors. If no safe location is available, the arrangement will be returned to the store for redelivery, with additional delivery charges applied.
Refund Policy
Gift and home decor items are non-refundable, but store credit is available for returns within 7 days in original condition. Plants are final sale once purchased, to maintain their health and quality.
