SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND PRICING
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website and may have limited quantities.
We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to:
• limit the quantities of any products or services
• limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction
• discontinue any product at any time
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
SECTION 4 – PERISHABLE GOODS & RETURN POLICY
Flowers and Plants
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, plants, and orchids, all sales are final. Once these items leave our shop, they are subject to environmental conditions beyond our control.
Quality Concerns
If you experience any issues with the quality of your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will review each concern on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Gift and Decor Items
Non-living merchandise such as giftware and decor items may be eligible for store credit only within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A 10% processing fee may apply.
Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or by circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).
SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
SECTION 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Gilded and Green Floral Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
SECTION 7 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
